Making Textures in Metal with Dremel Rotary Tool

In this video clip four different textures are made in metal using burrs in the hand piece – rotary tool / dremel. • The leather texture has a highly reflective surface and is engraved with a 1 mm ball frazer in a random pattern. • The bark texture is done using short straight strokes in one direction using a 2 mm setting burr. • The stippling textured effect is done with a 1 mm ball frazer creating small dents similar to golf ball surface. • The satin finish is done with a glass fiber pen tool. • In this gents ring tutorial texturing is used to create contrast. • http://www.jewelry-tutorials.com/trad...
