This Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie uses fresh strawberries, frozen bananas, natural peanut butter, oat milk, vanilla, and chia seeds. It's super flavorful and filling! • I'm not a fan of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but this smoothie right here is one of my favorites! Maybe the pb and j sandwich is a texture thing for me, I also don't like the texture of jello so there's that.. ha! Chris said it tastes like peanut butter and jelly, but obviously in smoothie form. • Recipe tips and variations: • You can use a mixture of fresh and frozen fruit for this recipe. If you don't have frozen fruit you can use some ice. • We highly recommend using real vanilla extract. • We also highly recommend skipping the sugar ladened peanut butter and going for natural peanut butter or even homemade peanut butter. • Add in your favorite neutral veggies like frozen cauliflower, frozen zucchini, or fresh spinach. • To make a thicker smoothie use less oat milk, to make it thinner add more to reach desired consistency. • I was very pregnant in this video, aww. I still can't believe that we had our baby boy at only 30 weeks and 5 days. Placenta previa definitely scared me when we got the diagnosis, but I'm SO glad I really read up on it and was completely prepared (and still terrified) for our emergency c-section.
