Welcome to another Förster Friday with a fantastic feast leading up to the weekend!!! Ever sinice I started listening to the music of Felix Mendelssohn's sister Fanny Hensel, I was absolutely bold over by the colours and textures she creates out of the piano. Fanny was one of those musicians who never got the mainstream recognition she deserved because it was so difficult in the 19th century for a woman to become famous in the arts.
