「Lost Ark」 Captured Tookis Tears

I saw this video here: • Lost Ark - How to get Sniff Tear • I'm still not sure if this ritual is entirely needed. • It might be possible that you can just kill the Tooki and get the tear, and that I was just unlucky in all of my attempts. • This particular area is also buggy. The Tooki keeps resetting if he tries to go to a certain spot (near that flower). You'll know if he reset if he has his initial bubble/shield back up. • If you're farming him, he typically spawns at his alternate spawn point after he escapes, or if you kill him. So just keep teleporting, and swapping between spots. No need to channel switch. • For me, I didn't need to keep hitting the Tooki everytime he stopped. • I counted how many hits it took to kill him with my normal attacks (which was 21), then I hit him 20 times. I saved the last hit for just when he's about to dig and run away, and killed him as he was about to do so. I don't know if this is the correct method or not. • This still failed multiple times, so I don't think it's 100%. But I did end up getting it this way, rather than the hour I spent killing him over and over. I think that he needs to die though. In the video I linked, and my successful attempt, it seemed to only have dropped if he was killed. I don't know if you can get it if you let him get away without killing him. • So take it as you will.
