For more videos and resources, visit https://www.releasept.com • 1) Before performing this exercise watch Release Physical Therapy Washington DC's videos Deep Core Activation 1 2. • 2) Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. • 3) Raise or “march” one leg up and lower. • Repeat the movement alternating legs for the prescribed number of repetitions. • You should not feel pain in your lower back. • It’s important that the deep core stays engaged throughout the entire exercise, so really focus on pulling your ribs down.
