We are proud to offer a heavy duty bolt on skid plate solution for the Jeep Wrangler TJ 1997-2006. This skid plate is a direct bolt on replacement for the thin flimsy sheet metal skid plate that is easily damaged while on the trail. The 1/4 steel construction of this skid plate provides the rigidity and strength needed for even the toughest of offroad conditions. Ground clearance will be increased by over 1 , great for a tummy tuck to make your Jeep even more capable. Installation time is about 2 hours, all hardware is included, and the skid will bolt onto any Jeep Wrangler TJ 1997-2006 4 cyl, 6 cyl, automatic or manual transmission.
