He brought in high-quality homemade vermouth, and little by little the range of products for hor d'oeuvres. • 1️⃣9️⃣5️⃣2️⃣ • Q: Who created the Espinaler Sauce? • A: In 1952, Ventureta Roldós, wife of Joan Tapias i Riera, created and finalised the perfect formula for the Espinaler Sauce. The family thought they lacked a little innovation, so they started experimenting with sauces in an attempt to find the best dressing for their seafood preserves. Today the Espinaler Sauce is our flagship product, the centre-piece of our product selection.
