Pathergy Test is also known as skin pathergy test or skin pricking test. In pathergy test, multiple pricks are made into the skin, usually over the forearm, by a sterile needle. The pricked area is observed over the next 48 hours. Positive pathergy tests is present if any of the following is found at the site of the needle prick. • 1. Red papule • 2. Pustule • 3.
