This recipe is extremely delicious and easy to make. This congee is packed with healthy, protein-rich beans and is just lightly sweetened with dates and rock sugar. You can adjust the amount of water to make the congee as thin/thick as you want! • INGREDIENTS (8 servings): • 1/8 cup raw, skinless peanuts • 1/8 cup lotus seeds • 1/8 cup mung beans • 1/4 cup red beans • 1/4 cup white beans • 1/4 cup kidney beans • 1/4 cup pearled millet • 1/2 cup glutinous rice • 1/4 cup pinto beans • 1/8 cup goji berries • 6 diced medjool dates • 1/2 cup rock sugar • DIRECTIONS: • 1. combine all ingredients except for goji berries, dates, and sugar into a bowl and soak in water overnight. change water twice • 2. after soaking overnight add in goji berries, dates, and sugar • 3. pressure cook for 30 minutes • 4. serve and enjoy! • • MUSIC: • Song: Peritune - Sakuya2 is under a Creative Commons license (CC-BY) • Music promoted by BreakingCopyright: • Video
