Watch as Parents Magazine shows you how to make these clothespin skier christmas ornaments! These homemade Christmas gifts are great to make with kids this holiday season. They'll be trimming the tree with their own creations! For these easy Christmas ornaments, you'll need a paintbrush, paint, glue, washi tape, black and red pens, ice-pop sticks, painter's tape, and a wooden clothespin. Wrap the tape just around the top of the split on the wooden clothespin. Paint below the tape and on the ice-pop sticks, and let this dry. Remove the tape, and paint on the skier's shirt. Draw a face onto the clothespin with a pen. Glue the clothespin to the ice-pop sticks, letting them dry upright. Use the washi tape to decorate the skier's shirt. To accentuate your Christmas ornament craft, give the skier a pom-pom hat! Use scissors, a needle and thread, hot glue, and a white pom-pom. Thread the needle and double it up. Push the needle through the center of the pom-pom, tying a knot on the needle and pushing the pom-pom down the thread. Hot glue the pom-pom onto the skier's head, and let the thread loop around a tree branch.
