Buy a bag of rice. Big one for big family, small one for 1-2 person household. • 2. Pour 1 cup of rice (for 1-2 person portion) into the rice cooker bowl. • 3. Rinse it 1-2 times and pour of the water. • 4. Pour in 1 and a half cup of water into the rice bowl (with the rice inside). • 5. Turn the rice cooker on and switch to 'Cook' (different rice cooker may name it differently but generally its the same). • 6. Wait for 10-15mins. • 7.
