These potatoes are thick and creamy yet fluffy and light. • You can always find a hot pot of these mashed potatoes on my table during holidays. They are always one of the first side dishes to get devoured! I like them plain, but you can certainly throw on the gravy baby!! You'll find that using chicken broth and cream cheese really provides a rich, savory flavor. I never add in any seasonings really, not even black pepper because it simply doesn't need it.
