How to make mosquito net for door/windows easy at home? • A mosquito net offers protection against mosquitos, flies, and other insects. • Let's start unpacking! • 1. PVC tubes • 2. Grooved side magnetic strip • 3. Flat side magnetic • 4. PVC corner • 5. Mesh (Net) • Step 1: Make Mosquito Net Frame • • Before start, fix the PVC corner. • • Separate the PVC tubes, Grooved side magnetic strip , Flat side magnetic • 1. Flat side magnetic • 2. Grooved side magnetic strip • 3. PVC tubes • 4. PVC corner • • Measure the window dimension. • • Fix together the PVC corner and PVC tube for both edge. • • Make sure the dimension is correct. • • Trim the PVC tube if necessary. • • Fix back the PVC corner. (Make sure dimension is correct) • • Do for top bottom part of frame. • • Separate the PVC tubes, Grooved side magnetic strip and Flat side magnetic. (for side frame) • • Fix the PVC tube to the PVC corner for both edge. • • Measure the length (for the side frame) to calculate how much to trim. • • Remove the PVC Corner (one of the edge), calculate and measure the length to cut/trim. • • Cut the PVC Tube to the desire length and fix back to the PVC corner. • • After connect/fix the side frame tube, repeat the step for another side. • Step 2: Install the mesh (net) • • Place the mesh on top of the PVC tube. • • Ensure the mesh have extra for the PVC Tube. • • Fix the Grooved side magnetic strip on top of the mesh and PVC tube by pressing on it. Tips: Use PVC pipe to press it. • • Ensure the mesh and tube are fix properly. • • Cut the excessive Grooved side magnetic strip and press it. • • Continue press and fix the Grooved side magnetic strip on all side of the frame. • • Do not trim / cut the excessive mesh first. • Step 3: Place the magnetic • • Clean the window. • • Stick the Flat side magnetic on the window. • • Stick the mosquito net frame on the window. • • Ensure the mosquito net frame is able to cover the window. • • Tips: If the mosquito net frame unable to cover the window, remove the Grooved side magnetic strip and adjust accordingly. • • Remove the mosquito net frame and cut the excessive mesh once it able to cover the window. • • Fix the Mosquito net frame on the window. • • Optional: Place the black clips on the side frame of the mosquito net. • • It's done. • Thank you for watching! • Any enquiry please message : / teamyhardware
