It's a classic dessert that never disappoints so do try it and let us know how you like it. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusionrecipe #digitalammi #arraywah • Ingredients: • -Water 3 Cups • -Colored vermicelli 80g (1 Cup) • -Doodh (Milk) 1 ½ litre • -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs • -Custard powder vanilla flavor 3 tbs or as required • -Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup • -Condensed milk 1 Cup or to taste • -Pista (Pistachios) soaked,peeled sliced 1 tbs • -Badam (Almonds) soaked sliced 1 tbs • -Pista (Pistachios) sliced • -Badam (Almonds) sliced • Directions: • -In a saucepan,add water bring it to boil. • -Add colored vermicelli,mix well boil on medium flame until done (6-8 minutes),strain then rinse with water set aside. • -In a pot,add milk bring it to boil. • -Add almonds,pistachios mix well. • -In a small bowl,add custard powder,milk mix well. • -Add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk,mix well cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes). • -Add boiled colored vermicelli,mix well cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. • -Let it cool at room temperature while mixing continuously. • -Add condensed milk,pistachios,almonds mix well. • -Garnish with pistachios,almonds serve chilled!
