Welcome back to Hunt Fish Shoot! In this review we are bringing you the Canik TP9 Elite Combat! Let us tell you one thing, don’t sleep on this 9mm pistol because of where it’s made, it’s an awesome shooter! • Canik came out with the TP9 series quite a few years ago now and then they started making different variants. The Canik Elite Combat is different in that is gets parts from the very well known company Salient Arms. This includes a match grade barrel, threaded, a Magwell and sights. • The upgrades in the TP9 Elite Combat at worth it! The trigger is flat out amazing and at this price point it may be the nicest on the market. The flat, wide shoe and short reset are impressive. The Salient Arms barrel is smooth and fluted, excellent craftsmanship. It includes salient combat sights with multiple different options you can customize with the different fiber optic tubes you get with the pistol. • The grip has a decent texture with a changeable back strap. Included is a enlarged and elongated mag release which is a nice feature for quick mag changes or with gloves on. The enhanced Magwell from Salient Arms really makes mag changes a breeze and it’s the perfect size. You will get two magazines from Canik, a 15 round and 18 rd extended one. Good quality steel magazines. This Canik 9mm is the real deal! • Inside the box you get an optics plate for a Vortex Venom footprint, charging handle, different size mag buttons, back strap and a nice molded holster which can be swapped to OWB or IWB. Value with the Canik and a awesome shooting pistol make this a must see and shoot!
