Removing Shimano Freehub from Bontrager Hub

My Stock Trek Emonda ALR 5 Disc had a different hub than any tutorial I could find online. After unsuccessfully searching on Shimano's and Trek's Websites for dealer manuals, I turned to Reddit and found a post that seemed to match my problem.
