All good things must come to an end, I guess? But I am low key sad that Denny's is shuttering hundreds of locations this year. I feel like there is no classic late-night diner like Dennys! • Denny's, the iconic American diner chain, is shutting down up to 150 more locations in 2025, adding to the 180 closures since last year. This move aims to cut losses, improve franchisee cash flow, and reinvest in remodeling efforts. But it's not all sad news!! Despite all of the closures, Denny’s is still expanding, with 20 new stores expected to open this year. However, with the rising food costs, inflation, and decreased profitability have hit the brand hard, causing its stock value to drop and locations to close. • But before your local Denny’s disappears, I'm taste-testing ALL of Denny’s most popular breakfast entrees!
