Siapa yang tak kenal dengan es krim legendaris satu ini? Es krim viennetta pertama kali diproduksi pada tahun 80-an. Es krim dengan bentuk dan rasa klasik yang cocok disajikan saat bersantai. Biar makin spesial, aku menambahkan cita rasa kopi di dalamnya menggunakan produk dari Baileys The Original Irish Cream. Rasanya nge-blend banget! • Resep Es Krim Viennetta (untuk 1 loyang) • Adonan kopi: • 300 ml whipping cream • 50 gr kental manis • 100 ml susu • 1 butir kuning telur • 1.5 sdm maizena • 150 ml Baileys The Original Irish Cream • Sejumput garam, opsional • 1 sdm cokelat bubuk, opsional • Ice cream: • 300 ml whipping cream • 120 gr kental manis • 2 sdt ekstrak vanila • Sejumput garam, opsional • Pelengkap: • Dark chocolate compound, lelehkan • Cokelat bubuk • Langkah: • 1. Campurkan kental manis, ekstrak vanila, garam, dan cream (dalam keadaan dingin) lalu kocok hingga kaku dan mengembang. Masukkan ke dalam plastik, simpan didalam lemari es • 2. Campurkan maizena, kuning telur, garam, dan kental manis lalu aduk rata • 3. Panaskan susu didalam panci hingga mendidih, tuang kedalam kocokan telur sambil terus diaduk • 4. Masukkan kembali ke dalam pan, masak hingga mengental sambil terus diaduk kemudian matikan api • 5. Masukkan Baileys The Original Irish Cream, aduk rata lalu saring dan bungkus dengan plastik lalu simpan di lemari es • 6. Kocok whipping cream kemudian campurkan custard yang sudah dingin, aduk rata dan tambahkan cokelat bubuk. Masukkan kedalam plastik / plastik segitiga • 7. Masukkan cokelat leleh ke dalam plastik segitiga • 8. Siapkan loyang / wadah yang sudah dialasi baking paper, semprotkan adonan vanilla di dasar loyang. Semprotkan cokelat leleh diatasnya kemudian bentuk pola menggunakan sumpit • 9. Semprotkan adonan kopi menggunakan spuit berbentuk flat (opsional) , lalu semprotkan bergelombang dan semprotkan lagi cokelat leleh di atasnya • 10. Beri taburan cokelat bubuk di atasnya. Ulangi lagi step nomor 8 dan 9 • 11. Hias bagian atas es krim sesuai selera • 12. Viennetta ice cream was first produced in the 80s. This ice cream with its classic shape and flavor is best consumed when you’re relaxing. To make it even more special, I’m adding a coffee flavor using Baileys The Original Irish Cream. The taste blends super well! • Viennetta Ice Cream Recipe (yield: 1 pan) • Coffee Flavor: • 300 ml whipping cream • 50 g condensed milk • 80 ml milk • 1 pc egg yolk • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 100 ml Baileys The Original Irish Cream • A pinch of salt, optional • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, optional • Vanilla Ice Cream: • 300 ml whipping cream • 120 g condensed milk • 2 tsp vanilla extract • A pinch of salt, optional • Others: • Dark chocolate compound, melted • Cocoa powder • Steps: • 1. Combine the condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cream (cold) and whip until firm and expanded. Transfer into a plastic bag and keep in the fridge. • 2. Combine the cornstarch, yolk, salt, and condensed milk. Mix well. • 3. Bring the milk to a boil in a pan. Pour into the yolk mixture while stirring. • 4. Put it back in the pan and cook until thickened while stirring. Turn the heat off. • 5. Add the Baileys The Original Irish Cream in. Mix well, strain, and wrap in plastic. Keep in the fridge. • 6. Whip the cream and mix with the cooled custard. Mix well and add cocoa powder. Transfer to a plastic bag / piping bag. • 7. Add the melted chocolate into a piping bag. • 8. Prepare a pan / container lined with baking paper and pipe the Vanilla ice cream to the bottom of the pan. Pipe the melted chocolate on top, then create a pattern with a chopstick. • 9. Pipe the Coffee ice cream with a flat piping tip (optional) in a wave pattern. Then, pipe the melted chocolate on top. • 10. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top. Repeat steps no. 8 and no. 9. • 11. Decorate the top surface to your preference. • 12.
