Caramel Custard • #CaramelCustard #Dessert • Ingredients • Milk - 250 ml (1 cup) • Sugar - 1/4 cup • Egg - 3 nos • Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp • Butter • Boiling Water • For Caramel • Sugar - 1/4 cup • Water - 3 Tbsp • Method: • 1. Take a pan pan (Buy :https://goo.gl/tJY9i) add milk and sugar. Heat the milk till the sugar dissolves. • Note: Do not boil the milk. • 2. Let the milk comes to room temperature and add eggs. Whisk (Buy:https://goo.gl/lNLY2s) milk and eggs together nicely. • 3. Add vanilla extract and once again whisk to blend it fine. • 4. Brush the ramekins (Buy: https://goo.gl/VwuVVN )with little butter. • 5. Heat an another pan, add sugar and water. When sugar caramelizing Turn off the stove. • 6. Add teaspoon of the caramel to the bottom of the ramekin bowls. • 7. Fill it up with custard. Pour boiling water in to the tray. • 8. Bake the custard at 160 degree centigrade for 40 minutes.
