DOSBox might still be easier to work with. PCEM isn't too difficult to setup. However, it does require prior knowledge in regard to system configuration and working with DOS. With PCEM, you're working with both floppy and hard-disk images. The emulator treats the image file as a hard-disk, which has to be partitioned and formatted, like the real thing. MS-DOS 6.22 has the 2GB partition limit. You would also need to copy the ROM files in order to use the systems, along with using an image manipulator, like Editdisk. This could be intimidating to new users not quite familiar with the emulation of old computers. However, its free and open-source, like DOSBox. • PCEM can be found here: • https://pcem-emulator.co.uk/ • The system ROMS can be found here: • https://github.com/BaRRaKudaRain/PCem... • DiskExplorer (EditDisk) can be found here: • https://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA013... • MS-DOS 6.22 can be found here: • https://winworldpc.com/product/ms-dos... • Windows 3.1 S3 Video Drivers • http://www.sierrahelp.com/Utilities/E... • DOS/Windows SoundBlaster Drivers • http://www.sierrahelp.com/Utilities/E...
