A stunning börek recipe packed with feta cheese and pasta filling 👌🏻😋 • For the detailed recipe: • https://www.nefisyemektarifleri.com/m... • You'll need • 5 phyllo dough • For the egg wash: • 200 ml milk • 2 eggs • 100 ml oil • For the filling: • Bow tie pasta, boiled • 150g feta cheese, semi-skimmed • Parsley, finely chopped • Here's how • 1- In a mixing bowl, mix together 200 ml of milk, 2 eggs and 100 ml of oil using a wire whisk. • 2- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. • 3- Place the first phyllo dough sheet down onto the tray. • 4- Pour a few spoons of egg wash on it and spread it evenly with the help of a brush. • 5- Put the second sheet on top of it and brush it all over with the egg wash. • 6- Spread the pre-cooked bow tie pasta on the phyllo sheet evenly. • 7- Place the third of the phyllo sheets. And again, brush it all over with the egg wash. • 8- Spread the cheese-parsley filling on top. • 9- Top with the 4th and 5th phyllo sheets, brushing with the egg wash. • 10- Finally, wrap it with the edges of the bottom sheet. • 11- Cut the pastry into squares of desired size. • 12- Brush with the remaining egg wash. • 13- If you have time, let your pastry rest for half an hour or more, so that it absorbs the sauce better. • 14- Bake the pastries in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes in a controlled manner. • 15- Let it cool before you serve. • 16- Enjoy!
