CHICKEN SALPICAO | How to make Chicken Salpicao | Pinoy Simple Cooking • This is one simple dish packed with flavors. A quick stir fry with a few ingredients but full of flavors. So simple yet so fancy! • Sharing you another way to make Chicken Salpicao. So easy to make and great for busy weeknights. • CHICKEN SALPICAO : • Ingredients: • 2 lbs. chicken - cut into cubes • 1 cup mushrooms • 1/4 cup liquid seasoning • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp. paprika • 1 head garlic - sliced • 5 cloves garlic - minced • 1/4 tsp pepper • 4 tbsp. olive oil(or any oil) • Scallions -sliced • Directions: • 1. In a large bowl, combine liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and minced garlic. Mix until well combined. • 2. Add the chicken. Mix until chicken is fully covered with sauce. • 3. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. • 4. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil over medium heat and fry sliced garlic until lightly browned. Remove from the pan. Set aside. • 5. On the same pan, add oil and sear chicken until brown. (I like it more caramelized brown). • Sear chicken by batches. Do not overcrowd the pan. • 6. Once the second batch is cooked, put back the first batch. • 7. Add the marinade and let it boil for 5 mins. • 8. Add pepper and fried garlic. • 9. Add sliced scallions. • 10. Serve and Enjoy with steamed rice! • 4. Make the basting sauce, in a small bowl combine soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, sesame oil, briwn sugar and pepper. Mix until well combined and sugar is dissolved. • 5. Arrange pork belly in a single layer on a hot grill. • 6. Cook each side for 3 min. • 7. Brush with basting sauce each side. • 8.
