Welcome to my Myo tape video. As in previous videos, such as my Somnifix review, I've used the following scoring system: • 1) Stickability: does the tape stay on well during the night and not fall off? Also, can you remove the mouth tape for a while and then put it back up again? • 2) Safety: is the product safe to use? Can you easily remove the product? • 3) Practicality: does the product actually decrease mouth breathing? • 4) Price: how much does the product cost per strip and per night? • 5) Everything else: appearance, packaging, travel friendly, can you communicate with it, etcetera? • You can visit the Myotape website here: https://myotape.com/ • Here's what I found about the Myotape: • ✅ The strips are designed with a hole in the middle for airflow. Due to the elasticity of the strips, you'll trained to keep your mouth closed and breathe through your nose. • ✅ The product is made from cotton and latex free. • ✅ Myotape is an Australian company • Here's my scoring in the 5-round scoring system: • ✅ Stickability: the stickability is VERY high, so high, in fact, that it's slightly problematic that it sticks to itself. I could use 2 nights with one strip. Also, the product is harder to peel off the packaging. Score: 4/5 • ✅ Safety: the product is extremely safe because you can always breathe through your mouth if you have to. Score: 5/5 • ✅ Practicability: very practical to retrain yourself during the day while still being able to talk and work. For nighttime use, I'm less impressed, even though your mouth is shut down by using this product. I still mouth breathed with this product though. For a newbie, this product might be great to start though! Score: 1/5 • ✅ Price: $26 for 90 nights if you don't re-use the product. One strip costs $0.29 USD. If you order more packets the price comes down more. Australian shipping is free. • ✅ Everything else: the appearance looks pretty ridiculous, to be honest. I'd probably prefer a different color as well. Ease of application is suboptimal as well. However, there is no additional packaging or plastic though, so the company has done a good job here. You can also talk with this, and the product is travel friendly. Score: 3/5 • Total score is 17/25. • Who should use the myotape?
