Spaghetti meatballs

Ingredients • 500g Spaghetti • 500g Beef mince • 6 Slice Bread (Multigrains) • 1 bottle crush tomatoe • 1 cup Fresh Milk • Fresh Garlic • Parsley • (Dried parsley optional) • 1 Egg • Parmessan cheese • Pecorino cheese • Salt and pepper to taste • Olive oil • Method • 1. Slice bread break it a part and pour some milk on it with strainer. • 2. Meat mince in a large bowl with parmessan cheese, garlic, parsley and (dried parsley optional). • 3. Squeeze the wet bread and put it into mixture with salt pepper. And mix everything with hands. (Use a gloves) • 4. Beat the egg then add it to the mixture and roll the meatball in your palm hand. It depends how big would you like your meatballs. I recommend roll it in small size or medium balls. • 5. Chop some brown onions and saute it in the pan with olive oil. Add the crush tomatoe, season it with salt and pepper then cook it for 20 mins. • 6. Fry the meatballs in olive oil for 6 to 10 mins in medium heat. When they are brown put them into the sauce. • 7. Cook the spaghetti pasta in boiling water for 7 mins until it is al dente. • 8. Put the sauce in other pan just only the sauce. And mix the pasta with the sauce only, turn off the heat. Add some parmessan cheese and pecorino cheese.
