Hello everybody! • Today I am going to make chicken legs and potatoes in the pan . A simple and delicious dish with just few ingredients. [MULTI SUBS] • 500ml of sieved tomatos • 1 x carrot • 4 x chicken legs • 4 x potatoes • 1 x onion • 1 x clove of garlic • 1 x bay leaf • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch • 1/2 lemon • 2 tbsp mustard • fresh parsley • 1 tbsp paprika powder, salt and pepper • The marinade is prepared in a bowl. We add the tomato strained, the pressed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon paprika powder, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon pepper. Half a lemon is squeezed in. We pour half of the marinade over the chicken legs and let them marinate until we have prepared the other ingredients. • Peel, clean and cut the potatoes, carrots and onion. The potatoes are salted, peppered and mixed with mustard. • Put the oil in a pan and lightly fry the chicken legs .Then fry the onion for about 2 min. Tomato paste and 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch are also fried a little. We also add a little water and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Finally, the potatoes and carrots are placed in the pan, the bay leaf is added and the remaining marinade is poured .
