We show you how you can install the plumbing in your bathroom with multilayer (PEX-Al-PEX) or PEX pipes without using professional tools. • European Handypeople: Plumbing • We start by making a branch from the main circuit of the house to give service to the bathroom. From here, we place the supply lines by passing them through the holes of the profiles. Then we can install the shut-off valves for cold and hot water. Next, we mark the position of the fittings for the sink, toilet and shower • We continue by screwing the sink and toilet sockets to the wall and explain the precautions you have to take when installing the shower fittings. Then we insert in the main branch pipe the tees: two for the sink and one for the toilet. • As the shower are at the end of the circuit, we install elbows instead of tees. Then we show you how to insert the pipes in their fittings and how to fix a clamp. All that remains is to place the caps in the plates, turn on the water supply, check that there are no leaks and, if there are any, tighten the nuts until they are completely watertight. • IMPORTANT: in this video we are placing the pipes at half height so that you can see it better.
