Here we’ll detail the steps on applying RockTape Kinesiology Tape to the biceps. This application can reduce pain and inflammation in the area. • Start with 2 inch wide tape and measure the first strip from the shoulder to just above the front-side of the elbow. • Measure a second strip from one side of the bicep to the other. • Round the tape’s corners to avoid catching on gear or clothing. • Stretch the skin by raising the arm back, elbow extended and thumb rotated out. • With the first strip, tear an end then anchor to the front-side of the shoulder. Pull away the release paper, taping over the bicep with no added stretch. • For the second strip, tear the center of the release paper to expose the adhesive. With a slight stretch, apply the tape to the painful area perpendicular to the first strip. Lay down the ends with no added stretch, then rub to activate the adhesive. • Thanks for watching!
