Today I am going to share Karachi Famous yakhni beef pulao recipe hyderabadi style. • 1 Kg Ingredients ( 1kg Beef 1 Kg Rice ) • Step 1 • Beef Yakhni Recipe • Cooking Oil : 1 Cup • Ginger and garlic paste : 2.5 Table spoon • Beef : 1 Kg • Saute for 2 to 3 minutes • then Add • Tomato : 1 Medium size cut into slices • Black Pepper : 8 to 10 • Green cardamom : 3 to 4 • Black cardamom : 1 to 2 • clove : 4 to 5 • Red Chilli Flake : 2 table spoon • Onion 1 Medium size • Water 10 to 12 cup • Cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes • then cook on low flame for 2 hour or until meat tender • Step 2 • Cooking Oil : 1 Cup • Ginger and garlic paste : 2.5 Table spoon • Tomato : 1 mediuml Size • Lemon slices : 2 Medium Size • Green Chili Paste : 3 to 4 Table spoon • Step 3 • Beef Pulao masala • Coriander seeds Crushed : 2 Table spoon • Cumin Seeds Crushed : 1 Table spoon • Fennel Seeds Crushed : 1 Table spoon • Green Cardamom : 4 to 5 • Black cardamom : 2 to 3 • Clove : 4 to 5 • Star anise : 2 • Black Pepper : 10 to 12 • Bay leaf : 2 • Curry Leaf : 3 to 4 • Cinnamon Stick : 2 Piece of 2 inch size • Salt 1 Table spoon or As per your taste • Tamarind. : 2 Small Size • Step 4 • Add Boiled Beef 1 Kg • Yogurt : Quarter Cup • Green Chilli Paste : 1.5 Table spoon • Beef Yakhni and Water as well as • Step 4 • Add Raw Basmati or sela rice 1 Kg • ( Soak in Water for 10 to 15 minutes) • cook on high flame for 5 min then cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min then Add fried onions and Coriander and mint leaves • Reccipe is ready for serving • Kindly Subscribe my channel for more videos • Cooking with kawish • Thank you • #beefyakhnipulao #beefpulao #hyderabadibeefpulao
