Let’s see what it is all about. • 1) Company Profile Work • If you have recently been applying for jobs in the technical background roles then you may have possibly come across Pymetrics. Pymetrics helps in filtering students’ in the hiring process. Founded in 2011, Frida Polli the CEO claims that they can find a company that suits any particular student’s nature. It is mentioned that they use Neural networks that have been trained on tons of previous years students’ test data and are evolving further to give better results. • This game-based platform particularly assess for various traits or characteristics and they are • Attention, Effort, Fairness, Decision Making, Emotion, Focus, Generosity, Learning, Risk Tolerance • And these traits have been divided into 12 games of 3-4 minutes each. • 2) How I came across this test. • I am from a tier 3 college and we do not have a lot of companies approaching our campus, which is why we had to apply off-campus on our own, one of the companies that I had applied to was IHS-Markit, and after applying within a few days I received a mail which was something like this. I had to take a game-based test which would tell the company officials about my behavior. I was actually a bit unsure because I had not given any game-based test before so I gave the test with zero knowledge about it, which is why I am making this video so that if you come across this you should at least have an idea about what you are going to face. • So without further ado, let’s see what the games were • Game 1 (Trust) • Game 2 (Processing) • Game 3 (Risk) • Game 4 (Altruism) • Game 5 (Memory) • Game 6 (Effort) • Game 7 (Attention) • Game 8 (Risk) • Game 9 (Learning) • Game 10 (Learning) • Game 11 (Planning)at a time. • Game 12 (Emotion)
