It's a Polish movie called Operation Hyacinth (Hiacynt) available on Netflix. For a Polish movie it is really interesting and heartbreaking. It shows the problem of homophobia in 80s in Poland, but as my stupid country is still very intolerant, this movie is quite modern in some way. I'm happy that they dared to create such a movie for such an audience. • I don't usually vid Polish fandoms.
