How to poach an egg

Full recipe: • http://foodjackers.com/recipes/how-to... • Ingredient: • Egg • 3 Table spoon of white vinegar • 1. Prepare a small saucepan and fill up half of water • 2. Add 3 spoon of white vinegar in to the water • 3. When it bobble up, turn it to the low heat • 4. Crack a egg in to a bowl • 5. Stirring boiling water in a single directions by using a spoon • 6. sliced the egg in to the middle • 7. Keep the boiling water circling surround the egg by stirring around the side of the saucepan using a spoon • 8. Try to keep the egg stay in the middle when cooking until it form a round shape (around 2min) • 9. Turn it to medium heat for another 1min • 10.
