Hello everyone and welcome back to chemIst by deStinY! In today's video we're going to make use of a substance that we extracted in a previous video, i.e. Acetylsalicylic Acid. Starting from Aspirin and following the procedure of our video you can also do it. • From Aspirin to Acetylsalicylic acid • For this experiment you're going to have to transform your Acetylsalicylic Acid into Salicylic Acid and for that you'll need Sodium Hydroxide and Hydrochloric Acid.
