It is usually put in soups hot pots and also blanched or steamed. Now i decided to post a vegan recipe with this spicy enoki mushroom. Hope you'll give this a try and you will love this one. • Ingredients: • 300g Enoki Mushroom • 1 tbsp. Tomato paste • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce • 1 tbsp. hot sauce • 1 tsp. Chili flakes • 1 tbsp. Sesame oil • 3 pc green chili • 5 cloves garlic minced • 2 tbsp. butter • If you don't want spicy, you can skip the chili, No worries... • This Enoki Mushroom is my favorite now since the first time i tasted it. I love it!
