We recently saw former UFC Champion Josh Barnet submit world ADCC Champion Dean Lister in Metamoris with a headlock. This is a rare submission that we don't often see in BJJ or MMA. We do often see it in street situations thus making the escape very important for Self Defense. • In competition if your opponent opponent is well versed in the Headlock you may find yourself in a serious finish situation.
