dough swirls – Roxakia • • One of my favorite recipes for fasting roxakia. They are very easy to prepare and the tasty result will delight even the most demanding! Try them yourself and you will do them even outside of the fasting period! • • Αν σου αρέσει η συνταγή, κάνε ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ στο κανάλι! 👉 http://bit.ly/2Hd7EEV • • RECIPE: • Ingredients • For the syrup • 800 g of sugar • 1 liter of water • 1 cinnamon stick • • For the Dough • 1 teaspoon of yeast • 150 ml of water • 150 ml seed oil • 1 spoon of cocoa • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon • 1/2 teaspoon cloves • 300 g of wheat flour • 50 g of walnuts • 1 sheet of puff pastry • • Method • Let's start with the syrup. Boil all the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan for 10 minutes. • • We continue with the dough, taking a bowl and dissolving the yeast in the warm water. • • Then, add the oil, cocoa, cinnamon, cloves and mix. • • Slowly incorporate the flour until it becomes a dough. Then, we throw in the chopped walnuts and work. • • Continue and place the puff pastry on the kitchen counter and cut it in half. • • We then take half the dough and make it into a stick.
