LIVING OFFGRID in Romanian countryside 🇷🇴

We visited our friend, ‪@AlexJurj‬ who has been living off grid in a Romanian countryside in Cluj-Napoca. He has a farm, and is building his own earth house, grows his own veggies and fruits: tomatoes, pears, etc., and lives near the forest where mushrooms grow abundantly. He strives to live a sustainable life where everything a human needs for survival is available in his own backyard. He had so much fun foraging for mushroom, and even had mushroom ciorba his mom cooked for us.
