#mahandhiserial #vijaytvserial #poondukulambu #garlic #purattasispecial #kidslunchbox #tamilserialpromo • A quick recipe • 🧄To a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp fenugreek, curry leaves , 5-6 garlic, onion 2, tomato 1 and sauté for 5 min in low flame. • 🧄Cool down and make a smooth paste. • 🧄Now to the pot add 3 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1/4 tbsp Channa dal, 1 tsp urad dal, curry leaves, 1/4 cup small onion, 15 garlic and sauté for 5 min in low flame. • 🧄Now add the prepared paste and cook for 5 min. • 🧄Then add 1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and sauté for 2 min. • 🧄Now soak small lemon juice tamarind in water and extract the pulp. • 🧄Add the tamarind extract to pot along with 2 cup water, 1 tsp jaggery and cook until oil starts to separate on the top layer.( might take 15-20 min in low flame) • 🧄Serve it with white rice
