This is the most powerful of the three new (4th generation) InnoTab tablets this year (2014) from VTech. The other two are the InnoTab 3S Plus and the InnoTab 3 Plus, which haven't changed as much other than some additional software. The apps collection includes two Toca Boca apps -- Toca Pet Doctor and Toca Labs. One app is free -- used as a free download from the exclusive VTech app store. The other will cost $2.99.
