In this pasta dish I combine two ingredients that go naturally well together - Fennel Sausage. I had those two on a pizza once, and thought, why not pasta...so here you go. • I've chosen to use Fettucini (fettuccine) for this pasta recipe, but just about any long pasta will do. I've also added a few chopped tomatos for the acidity and they will brighten up the flavors.
