I Am The Douche oh no

#1013 • http://www.songadaythealbum.com • • • there was this guy on the plane • who i was quite sure was a douche • he was watching green lantern and • doing lots of douchey things • he was yelling at the screen • and getting really rowdy • and the douchiest thing of all • is that it's a pretty bad movie • • but then the plane it landed • and i overheard his conversation • with the elderly couple in front of him • he seemed like a very, very nice guy • and i felt bad about judging him • as i opened the overhead bin • my baritone uke fell out • and hit a woman on the head • • and so i am the douce • i thought he was the douche • but no, i am the douche • oh no • in my smug satisfaction • my closed minded small reaction • so i am the douche • oh no • • i got on the train • and started heading home • it was pretty thin, • not a lot people on this late • so i took up a seat and a half • me and my luggage • but as we got closer to the city • the train started to fill • • an overweight woman • sat down beside me • it was a very tight fit • but mostly because of my luggage • my first reaction was • what the hell is she doing • but then i realized • she just needed a place to sit • • i think douching as a practice • seems pretty silly • over all don't vaginas • mostly take care of them selves • so douche as an insult seems pretty fitting • to describe unnecessary, silly persons • who are over thinking it all to hell • • i just got back from new york • and when i was in williamsburg • i looked at every hipster • and thought, man that guy's a douche • it can be hard not to judge • but it's only ourselves we see • reflected in other's choices • so it turns out that the douce is me
