Dragon Raja Edicts What are edicts and which do I use

Edicts- They are not the same as the 7 sins (swords) • There are 7 types of Dragon Raja's Edicts, each edict boasting a different effect. Not every edict is as good as the others, some are very strong • Envy- AoE damage and absorbs healing (last 5 seconds) • Rage- Small AoE, higher trigger chance as targets hp lowers • Sloth- Chance to deal single target damage, and provides a stack of inspiration. Each stack increases sloth's damage by 10% to a max of 10 inspirations or 100% damage/doubles the damage • Filth- Chance to deal AoE damage at target, increases damage dealt to opposite gender by 1% and reduces damage taken by same sex by 1% for 10 seconds • Pride- Chance to gain P and M defense when attacking, Also gain 1 buff, either 3% crit rate, 3% crit rate resistance, 3% CDR, or 3% AP last for 3 seconds • Greed- Chance to deal damage to a single target, while restoring .5% of max hp to self • Gluttony- Chance to deal damage to a single target, corrupts the target blocking their CD for 1 second (like Phantom Sounds cool down block deep talent) • Along with edicts, 2 different stats appear. Edict resistance and Edict power.
