Antica Formula • 1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Tanqueray Seville Orange Gin • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort • Add ice and stir • Strain into glass • Garnish with orange twist • The Aracuan: • Build in shaker • .75 oz. or 22 ml. Lime Juice • .75 oz. or 22 ml. Grapefruit Juice • .75 oz. or 22 ml. Simple Syrup • Two dashes of Angostura Bitters • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Kraken Spiced Rum • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort • Add ice and shake • Strain over ice into glass • One Bad Dude: • Build in glass over ice • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Bourbon • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Kahlua • 1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort • Stir • .5 oz. or 15 ml.
