This class is demonstrated by Juan Carlos, a level 1 certified Iyengar teacher, and guided by Kathy Cook, a senior Iyengar yoga teacher. This channel is dedicated to guiding beginners who are interested in getting to learn more about the benefits of Iyengar yoga, and those who want to maintain a regular self practice.
