Day 22 Workout: Aerobic Training Strength Training • Dynamic Warm Up: • Dynamic Warm Up • 2-3 miles of continuous running • 5 min rest • 3 sets of 10 reps with 60 sec rest between exercises • Single Arm KB Swings @ light weight • DB Step Up to Reverse Lunge @ light weight • Single Arm DB Bench Press @ moderate weight • Single Leg DB RDL @ light weight • Single Arm DB Row @ moderate weight • Lateral Lunge (5 each leg) @ light weight • Squat to Press @ moderate weight • Push Ups • 10 min of static stretching
