DIY HALTER TOP how to sew a halter crop top from scratch

The moment I saw this retro print fabric I knew exactly what I was going to use it for! This tutorial is beginner friendly, since I made up the pattern as I went along. This diy halter top might be one of my favorite things I've made so far.
