This is the $205 Tasting Menu at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. • They were a one-star MICHELIN restaurant when Las Vegas had a MICHELIN Guide in 2009. • The restaurant features an open kitchen concept where you can watch some of the best chefs in Las Vegas preparing your meal. • To start off a Vanilla Celery Root Cream followed by a bread basket with French Salted Butter. • Then I had Kusshi Oysters topped with Caviar. • The next courses were Curried Warm Lobster with Honey Vinaigrette followed by a Seared White Polenta with Serrano Ham. • I loved the Seared Japanese Scallop with Caviar and Champagne Sauce. • Moving on was the Seared Cod in a Saffron Broth. • The star of the meal was the Caramelized Quail with Foie Gras and served with Chef’s famous potato purée. • We finished with two desserts starting with the Tayberry coulis with Calamansi Mousse and Limoncello Granita. • I loved the Ghana Namelaka Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Gelée. • --------------------------------------- • Come say hi! • Website: http://www.foodgressing.com • Facebook: / foodgressing • Twitter: / foodgressing • Instagram: / foodgressing • Tiktok: / foodgressing
