Zadar (pronounced [zâdar]) is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Croatia. It is situated on the Adriatic Sea, at the northwestern part of Ravni Kotari region. • Zadar is a historical center of Dalmatia, Zadar County's principal political, cultural, commercial, industrial, educational, and transportation centre. In addition, Zadar is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Zadar. • We will take a look at coastal road of the Adriatic sea passing by University of Zadar, to arrive in the historical part of the city.
