Pressure Cooker Macaroni and Cheese • Ingredients • 16 oz. Small pasta (shells or macaroni noodles) • 2 C Chicken or Veggie Broth • 2 C Water • 4 Tbsp. Butter • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (optional) • 1 tsp Paprika (optional) • 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste) • 1/2 tsp pepper • dash of Hot Sauce (optional) • dried or fresh Parsley to garnish (optional) • 3 1/2 C Shredded Cheese (I uses Colby and Parmesan but you use what you like) • 1 C Half Half or Milk • Directions • 1. Add the pasta, water, broth, and the seasonings to the pressure cooker pot. Stir and then top with butter. Put on your pressure cooking lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 4 Minutes. As soon as the cooking is done release the pressure. • 2. Once all the pressure is released carefully open the lid and stir the pasta. There will be a little bit of liquid left, just leave that, it will be fine. • 3. Add in the cheese and half and half a little at a time, stirring in between each addition.
