When Chef Nasim Alikhani returned to her home country of Iran after a 9-year gap she quickly realized how much she missed the incredible food she had grown up eating. The food was vibrant and bright, and she thought how crazy it was that more people didn’t know about the delicacies of tahdig and kofteh in saffron broth.
