Newaygo County Michigan BEAUTIFUL Day Trip from Grand Rapids

Newaygo County is the perfect destination to make a day trip from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Located not far to the north of Grand Rapids, Newaygo County has plenty of beautiful nature with very nice small towns. I first visit the city of Newaygo which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks. During the fall, there is plenty of fall color to be seen especially along the Muskegon River. I also get lunch at River Stop Cafe for a delicious brunch. I then head further north to White Cloud, the county seat of Newaygo County. I then head out into the country and check out the Hardy Dam which provides breathtaking views of the Muskegon River with plenty of incredible scenery.
